Key Responsibilities: Home Affairs Mobile Officer
- Operations Management: Manage daily operations at various service points, oversee queues, and ensure the smooth functioning of the Mobile Office.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily and post-trip inspections of the mobile unit to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Client Interaction: Assist clients at various service points, ensuring accessible and professional service delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations align with Civic Services frameworks and government regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: A qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field at NQF Level 6.
- Driver’s License: A valid Code 10 driver’s license and Professional Driving Permit (PDP) are required.
- Experience: Experience in a client service environment and knowledge of Public Service Regulations and Civic Services Operations is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, problem-solving, and supervisory skills. Basic computer literacy is essential.
Salary: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from R308,154 to R362,994 per annum (Level 7), depending on qualifications and experience.
Locations: Positions are available across various provinces, including the Eastern Cape, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and Western Cape.
