Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: WeBuyCars Administrative Assistant x36 Positions
- Calendar Management: Organise and coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, memos, presentations, and other documents with precision.
- Data Management: Maintain well-structured electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally.
Communication and Coordination:WeBuyCars Administrative Assistant x36 Positions
- Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate clear communication between departments and teams, ensuring smooth coordination for warehouse operations and fleet management.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage the logistics of meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and technical setup.
- Information Dissemination: Promptly share important updates and information with relevant parties, ensuring accuracy.
Documentation and Reporting: WeBuyCars Administrative Assistant x36 Positions
- Report Generation: Assist in preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and budget summaries using tools like MS Excel.

Project Assistance:
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for special projects managed by the National Facilities Manager and National Fleet and Logistics Manager.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, flag potential issues, and contribute to solutions to keep initiatives on track.
Operational Support:
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in supporting the broader team.
Requirements
- Qualification: BCom Degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
