Key Responsibilities: WeBuyCars Junior Administrator and Internship
- Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist with processing vehicle transactions and related paperwork.
- Communicate with clients and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as necessary.
- Help coordinate and organize office activities and events.
- Support senior staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not required.
