Job Responsibilities
Key Duties of the Merseta Administrator: Admin and Certification (Vacancies)
- Handle Merseta certification administration for learners in line with SETA policies on this Vacancies.
- Ensure that learner information is accurately recorded and validated.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for verification processes.
- Assist in the management of training provider records.
- Maintain filing systems and electronic records to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

Job Requirements
Merseta Qualifications & Experience for this Vacancies
- Matric (NQF Level 4) is a minimum requirement.
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a SETA or education environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong communication, data management, and organizational skills.
