The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is structured to provide in-depth, real-world exposure to private banking. Through hands-on experience, job shadowing, and strategic assignments, graduates will gain practical skills in:

Entry Requirements
To qualify for the FNB Graduate Programme, candidates must have:
- A completed FAIS-accredited qualification at NQF Level 7 (Undergraduate) or NQF Level 8 (Postgraduate)
- Fields accepted: BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics
- A clear credit record in line with the National Credit Act (NCA)
