The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is structured to provide in-depth, real-world exposure to private banking. Through hands-on experience, job shadowing, and strategic assignments, graduates will gain practical skills in:

  • Wealth management and investment strategy
  • Financial planning and estate structuring
  • Client relationship management for high-net-worth individuals

This one-of-a-kind programme aims to develop future Private Advisors with a deep understanding of South Africa’s financial landscape.

Entry Requirements

To qualify for the FNB Graduate Programme, candidates must have:

  • A completed FAIS-accredited qualification at NQF Level 7 (Undergraduate) or NQF Level 8 (Postgraduate)
  • Fields accepted: BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics
  • A clear credit record in line with the National Credit Act (NCA)
