The Old Mutual Amathuba Learnership Programme 2025 is a perfect blend of classroom learning and hands-on experience. As an Amathuba Learner, you’ll:
- Earn a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification accredited by Financial Service Providers (FSP)
- Get personal mentorship from industry experts

Positions are open in both Pinelands and Johannesburg, starting in May 2025.

What You Need to Apply
To be a great fit for the Wealth Management Learnership, you should:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18-30
- Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in another qualification programme
- Not have participated in a previous Wealth Management NQF4 learnership
- Have a Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent qualification
- Meet these academic criteria:
- English: 50% or higher
- Official second language: 50% or higher
- Pure Mathematics (50% or higher) or Mathematics Literacy (50% or higher)
- Be ready to start in May 2025
