Key Requirements for the Discovery Learnership
To qualify for the Discovery Long Term Insurance Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 18 and 25 years old
- Education: Matric/Grade 12 with:
- Maths: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
- 2nd Language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Skills:
- Basic MS Excel and MS Outlook proficiency
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
Applicants must not be currently employed or pursuing further education. Prior participation in any learnership programme disqualifies candidates.
