Pepkor Group is a leading retail company with a diverse portfolio of brands spanning across clothing, footwear, homeware, and more. We are committed to empowering the youth of South Africa by offering opportunities for growth and development through our Learnership Program.

Opportunity:
We are excited to announce openings for our Learnership Program, aimed at providing 300 unemployed youth with the skills and experience necessary to succeed in the retail industry. This 24-month program offers comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations.

Requirements:

• South African citizen
• Between the ages of 18 and 35
• Must be unemployed
• Minimum Grade 12 qualification (Matric)
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Passion for the retail industry and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
