Job Description
As a Call Centre Agent at the City of Tshwane, you will:

- Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with colleagues across various regional customer care centres.
- Quality & Compliance: Adhere to service standards and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum of two years in customer service or call centre operations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP CIC and CRM systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with multilingual capabilities highly regarded.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and record management.

- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least two years in a call centre or customer service role.
