Job Overview
Fidelity Services Group is looking for a detail-oriented Administrator to join the Fidelity ADT division in Heidelberg, Gauteng. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate technical schedules, support operations, and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
Minimum Fidelity Group ‘s Requirements for Administrator Job
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Listener system is an advantage
Fidelity group jobs Key Responsibilities as an Administrator
- Collect and verify service and installation quotes for the area
- Upload and manage quotes on Listener system
- Assign jobs to technicians and prioritize calls to optimize scheduling
- Book and confirm appointments with clients
- Schedule jobs for both sales and technical teams, including control room bookings
- Track installation pipeline and void aged Fidelity Administrator job
- Coordinate with Johannesburg and Cape Town offices for job cards and scheduling
- Generate reports including BNS and insurance reports
- Monitor and act on lists such as Top 20, Low Battery, and Overactive
- Provide assistance with loading radios and testing systems
- Support EHS and technical client queries
- Ensure timely follow-ups and daily scheduling of pending jobs
- Provide relief and support in the absence of other team members
- Manage stock ordering, issuing, and control, including stock takes
- Assist with technical invoicing and distribute installation stock
- Handle general admin and coordinate meetings
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes
- Maintain the manager’s calendar and filing system
- Organise operational travel and accommodation
- Compile weekly and monthly department reports
- Prioritise and screen all documentation for the manager
- Answer and route calls appropriately
