Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficient office systems to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Logistics Administrator Serve as the key contact between the logistics department and vehicle buyers at webuycars.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Compile and submit monthly logistics reports to monitor performance.
  • Coordinate vehicle collections, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Assist in onboarding new drivers, including training and documentation.
  • Manage and distribute uniforms to logistics staff.
  • Schedule driver leave and monitor overtime to maintain optimal staffing.
  • Prepare supplier payment requests and follow up with the finance team.
  • Monitor vehicle stock levels at depots to avoid shortages or losses.
  • Work closely with transport carriers for vehicle loading and timely delivery.
  • Handle all timekeeping, attendance, and related administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with HR and Payroll to resolve staff queries.
  • Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Provide support on additional ad hoc logistics-related tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field – Essential
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or logistics role
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
  • Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence – Mandatory
  • Willingness to work every second weekend and on selected public holidays
