Key Responsibilities
- Maintain efficient office systems to streamline administrative tasks.
- Logistics Administrator Serve as the key contact between the logistics department and vehicle buyers at webuycars.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Compile and submit monthly logistics reports to monitor performance.
- Coordinate vehicle collections, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Assist in onboarding new drivers, including training and documentation.
- Manage and distribute uniforms to logistics staff.
- Schedule driver leave and monitor overtime to maintain optimal staffing.
- Prepare supplier payment requests and follow up with the finance team.
- Monitor vehicle stock levels at depots to avoid shortages or losses.
- Work closely with transport carriers for vehicle loading and timely delivery.
- Handle all timekeeping, attendance, and related administrative tasks.
- Liaise with HR and Payroll to resolve staff queries.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide support on additional ad hoc logistics-related tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – Compulsory
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Administration, or related field – Essential
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or logistics role
- Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence – Mandatory
- Willingness to work every second weekend and on selected public holidays
