The Eastern Cape Department of Education is offering students a chance to join our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for the 2024/25 – 2025/26 period. This programme is designed to help students gain practical. The WIL Programme is an excellent opportunity for students to complete the practical requirements of their degree or diploma and enhance their career readiness.
Programme Details:
- Placement: Students will be placed in one of the 12 district offices
- Duration: The programme runs from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 18 months, depending on the requirements of the qualification.
- Roles: Various positions, including Data Capture, Admin Assistant roles across EMIS, Curriculum Services, ESSS, Exams, and Registry.

- Qualifications: Applicants must be current students who need to complete workplace-based experience to qualify for a degree or diploma from a registered Public Institution.
- Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 certificate required. A computer short course is an added advantage.
