Role Overview:
As a Standard Bank Consultant (Cash – Level 1), you will attend to all cash-related matters such as assisting walk-in customers and handling ATM transactions. Your key responsibility is to accurately assess client needs and act in a way that consistently meets client experience standards and complies with bank policies.

Qualifications:
- National Certificate in Banking (NQF5), with FAIS recognition.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in branch banking.
- Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of branch banking operations.
- Deep understanding of bank policies and procedures, especially teller and frontline support functions.
- Proven experience managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations.
- Strong understanding of legal requirements regarding cash handling.
- Detailed knowledge of the roles and functions of different branch departments.
