Position Overview:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the mining industry to join our team as Mining Learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in theoretical and practical training sessions.
• Gain practical experience in underground and surface mining operations.
• Learn how to operate mining equipment and machinery under supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Complete assessments and evaluations as part of the learnership program.

Requirements:

• South African citizenship.
• Matric certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
