Senior Grants Administrator Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Recognised NQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in Grants Administration
- Computer literacy is essential
- Driver’s licence will be an added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Grants Administrator, your tasks will include:
- Approving and verifying social grant applications
- Overseeing and monitoring the work quality of Grant Administrators
- Ensuring that grant administration processes follow national policy
- Managing and guiding local office staff
- Checking completeness and accuracy of documents
- Applying the means test and finalizing approvals or rejections
- Managing performance of team members
- Ensuring compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
- Providing support and training to internal staff
