Job Description and Responsibilities Revenue Clerk Job Opportunity Fidelity Services
As a Revenue Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining precise financial records and supporting the billing processes. Your main duties will include:
Key Performance Areas:
- Receiving and processing instructions via sales orders, memos, and emails to manage revenue for new and existing contracts promptly.
- Making amendments, handling increases, and processing terminations on contracts.
- Generating, printing, and distributing posting sheets to branches.
- Ensuring monthly invoicing and credits are accurately and timely loaded.
- Addressing and resolving queries related to completed posting sheets from the Payroll Department.
- Compiling weekly and month-end reports.
- Communicating with branches to resolve billing-related issues.
Minimum Skills Required:
- Minimum Matric Certificate and/or relevant post-Matric qualifications.
- SAP Knowledge is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of full-function debtors, credits, and reconciliation is beneficial.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
