Role Overview:
Are you a digital enthusiast with a passion for fashion and sneakers? Our Marketing Internship at Sneaker Factory offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and the Marketing Coordinator, as well as the marketing team, to support various projects across trade marketing, media, digital, social media, and creative teams. This internship will provide valuable insight into the world of marketing and open doors to future career possibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Collect Quantitative and Qualitative Data: Gather and analyze data from marketing campaigns to provide insights and refine future strategies.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct research on market dynamics and competition to position Sneaker Factory effectively.
- Daily Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with scheduling, managing calendars, and coordinating workflows.
- Promotional Presentations: Prepare presentations to showcase promotional efforts and strategic initiatives.
- Distribute Marketing Collateral: Manage the briefing of printers, distribution channels, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Event Assistance: Assist with store activations, new store openings, and organizing marketing events.
- Agency Liaison: Coordinate with external agencies on creative direction, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain the company database and customer relationship management systems.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and quick to learn new technology platforms.
- Marketing Experience: Prior experience in marketing or advertising is a plus.
- Interest in Trends: Strong interest in retail, fashion, sports, and design trends.
- Creative Portfolio: Portfolio or samples demonstrating marketing skills and projects (school projects or personal work).
- Teamwork and Proactivity: Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards tasks.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
