FlySafair is seeking professional and dedicated Flight Attendants to join our team in Cape Town. This position requires a high level of safety awareness, customer service, and integrity. As a Flight Attendant, you will ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers while delivering an exceptional onboard experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive passenger experience.
- Uphold high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Maintain administrative compliance to company requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Licenses & Certificates:
- SACAA Cabin Crew License (non-negotiable).
- Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate.
- Dangerous Goods Certificate.
- Ditching Certificate.
- Fire Fighting Certificate.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid South African driver’s licence and own vehicle (non-negotiable).
- English Language proficiency at Level 4.
- Medically fit and capable of swimming.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (including early mornings and late evenings).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Compassionate, attentive, and diplomatic with high ethical standards.
- Committed to safety and capable of performing under pressure.
- Professional appearance and behaviour in line with company grooming standards (no visible tattoos).
