Position: Call Centre Sales Agent
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Salary: Basic Allowance + Commission + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting and selling a range of cell phone contracts.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and providing customized solutions.

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
