Our Customer Liaison is someone with a passion for our homeware brand who loves connecting with customers and playing a part in growing our brand. This person will be reporting to the Head of Marketing and will need to drive and execute the customer strategy in collaboration with Operations, Merchandise, and Marketing departments to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities for Mr Price Call Center Agent positions
- Obtain, Collate, and Analyse Customer Feedback
– Collect feedback through telephonic intercepts, store feedback research surveys, and internal platforms.
– Analyse feedback trends and opportunities to inform relevant parties and formulate action plans. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketer
– Work with the Digital Marketer handling social media platforms to maximize the customer strategy. - Regular Communication
– Maintain ongoing communication through internal broadcasts, monthly newsletters, instant messaging, and other touchpoints.
– Ensure the customer is always top of mind across departments. - Sustain Customer Strategy
– Communicate monthly customer strategy topics with Operations to ensure continuous alignment and sustainment of the customer strategy.
This role is essential for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that Mr Price Money’s customer strategy is effectively communicated and executed across all relevant departments.
