Job Requirements:
- N6 Financial Management Certificate (Required)
- Applicants must submit a completed Z83 form (new form, effective from 01 January 2021).
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Original certified copies of your Matric Certificate, Academic Transcript, and N4-N6 Certificates.
- Original certified copy of your Identity Document (both sides).
- At least three (3) contactable references, with email addresses.
- Certifications should not be older than six (6) months.
Duties:
- Hand out DoE bursary forms and Schedule of Particulars (SoP) to applicants.
- Assist applicants by explaining the necessary documentation they need to submit.
- Keep records of students who have applied and submitted the required documents.
- Follow up on bursary returns from SSS-CC or NSFAS.
- Attend bursary meetings.
- Make copies of relevant documentation related to DoE bursary administration.
- Manage transport/accommodation claims for students awarded DoE bursaries.
- Ensure applicants submit complete forms and documentation.
- Inform students about the submission deadline for completed forms and SoP.
