Remuneration:
R550,552.91 – R690,288.30 per annum (Task Level 11)
Includes: Medical Aid, Pension, Housing Allowance (conditions apply), Group Life Cover, and a 13th Cheque.
Purpose of the Drakenstein Municipality Social Development Officer Vacancy Role:
The Social Development Officer will implement community development initiatives in line with the National Development Plan and Integrated Development Plan for this Vacancy at Drakenstein Municipality. The role involves working directly with communities using participatory approaches to promote social well-being, establish support networks, and deliver sustainable development outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Code B driver’s license
- Proficient in at least two official languages of the Western Cape
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
