Job Objectives:
- Provide pharmaceutical care, ensuring accurate and safe dispensing practices within legal guidelines set by the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC).
- Efficiently manage dispensary operations, including stock management, housekeeping, and administration, adhering to regulations and company standards.
- Focus on achieving core dispensary targets to ensure operational viability.
- Implement customer service initiatives to enhance the customer experience, drive loyalty, and achieve club card participation targets.
- Foster integration and partnership with the clinic and healthcare aisle to offer comprehensive healthcare solutions.
- Uphold company values to position the brand as the customer’s preferred health and beauty retailer.
