Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service Delivery: As a officer at Absa Bank, you will respond to all service requests, complaints, and queries efficiently and courteously.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external bank stakeholders, always promoting Absa’s values and service culture.
• Self-Development: As a Clerk Customer at Absa Bank, you will proactively take charge of your professional growth and development to match future banking industry demands.

Minimum Requirements

• Education:
  • A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is essential to qualify for the Clerk Customer position at Absa Bank.
