Your Key Responsibilities as a Bank Better Champion ATM Assistants
- Client Service Excellence: Welcome and direct clients within the branch, ensuring efficient queue management.
- ATM and Self-Service Support: Assist clients with transactions and guide them on how to use our ATMs and other digital banking platforms.
- Troubleshooting: Help clients solve any issues they may encounter with their banking.
- Digital Education: Empower clients by teaching them how to use Capitec’s innovative banking solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work with your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve collective branch goals.
Minimum Requirements for this Banking Role
- Education: A Grade 12 National Certificate is the minimum requirement.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), computer literacy, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Experience: No previous banking experience is required, but a passion for service and a client-first mindset are a must. Previous client service experience in a retail environment would be an advantage.
- Background: Must have a clear criminal and credit record.
