Job Summary – ABSA Clerk Customer Services X102 Positions 2024

The Clerk Customer Services role is designed to deliver superior customer support services by efficiently responding to customer needs, complaints, and inquiries in accordance with predefined standards and procedures (SOPs). You will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the customer experience and ensuring all actions are compliant with Absa’s policies and legal regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide accurate, courteous, and timely responses to all customer service-related inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Process Improvement: Support the maintenance and development of customer service processes and actively identify areas for enhancement within the CMP Customer Services Centre.
  • Risk and Compliance Management: Ensure all customer service actions comply with Absa’s risk and compliance policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to address their needs and respond swiftly to their concerns.
  • Self-Development: Take ownership of your professional growth by being proactive in pursuing training and development opportunities.
