About the Hollard Learnership Programme
This comprehensive learnership combines theoretical training and on-the-job experience to prepare young professionals for the working world. Participants will also obtain a nationally recognised Insurance Qualification (NQF Level 4 Certificate), setting the foundation for a successful career in financial services.

Requirements
To qualify for the Hollard Learnership Programme 2025 / 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Achieved 60% or higher in English and one other language
- Achieved 50% in Mathematics or 60% in Maths Literacy
- Not currently studying or registered for any other learnership
- Not previously participated in an insurance learnership
- Unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
- Computer literacy will be an advantage
