Fidelity Services Group, a leader in the security and investigations industry, is seeking a Box Room Operator for its George branch. This mid-senior level role reports directly to the Branch Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient distribution and receipt of consignments.
Minimum Requirements
- Clear criminal record
- PSIRA accreditation with a minimum Grade C (advantageous)
- At least 1 year’s experience in the security industry or a similar role
- Computer literacy (essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
- Physically fit
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare for vault room duties
- Plan vault room schedules for CIT operations
- Receive and distribute consignments to and from CIT teams
- Scan consignments and ensure accurate records
- Balance vault contents and secure lock-up
- Sort consignments and complete required documentation
- Perform administration and searching duties
