What the Customer Experience Internship Offers
This paid internship blends hands-on training with real-world exposure to customer operations. Interns will interact with existing clients, address account-related issues, and provide support for Sage’s software solutions across accounting, payroll, and HR platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers and update internal systems
- Resolve outstanding customer account issues
- Guide users on using Sage’s IVR and customer portals
- Escalate trends or technical issues to Customer Experience Leads
- Support accountants and partners with Sage software-related queries
What You’ll Need to Apply:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- A diploma or degree is advantageous
- Strong communication and telephonic etiquette
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- No criminal record
- Interest in finance, payroll, or HR software
- Motivation to learn and grow within a corporate environment
Location & Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model: 3 days a week in-office (Midrand, Johannesburg)
