Hire Resolve’s client is hiring a Junior Accountant for a full-time onsite position in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity for SAIPA-qualified graduates or SAICA trainees with 1–2 years post-article experience who are eager to grow within a fast-paced, socially active work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping including VAT, ledger, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Administer payroll (SimplePay experience beneficial)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics Nav and assist with Xero implementation
- Provide financial support in a marketing and hospitality-focused business
Minimum Requirements:
- SAIPA: Completed articles (graduates welcome)
- SAICA: Completed articles + 1–2 years experience (non-CA)
- Proficient in financial reporting and payroll
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential for office communication)
- Must be based in or near Bryanston
