About Broll Creditors Administrator Vacancies
As a Creditors Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing a variety of accounts payable and clerical functions. This includes invoice processing, data entry into automated systems, and vendor communication. The role supports internal financial procedures while helping maintain Broll’s high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Match purchase orders with invoices and receiving documents
- Code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, budgets, and project codes
- Schedule payments, ensuring maximum discounts are applied
- Process and obtain authorization for outgoing payments
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain vendor relationships and ensure adherence to company purchasing policies
- Collaborate with internal departments and report irregular transactions to the Controller
- Assist with accounts receivable, deposits, and reconciliation tasks
Broll Property Group Required Skills and Experience Creditors Administrator
- Matric (Grade 12) required
- Additional bookkeeping certifications are an advantage
- 1–2 years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles, purchasing policies, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and automated payment systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team
