- Process and verify applications for unemployment insurance
- Register continuation of payment forms
- Provide administrative and support services to UIF clients
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of the Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations, PFMA, POPIA, and Treasury Regulations
- Good communication and listening skills
- Computer literacy and telephone etiquette
- Ability to interpret legislation (UI and Contributions Acts)
- Strong time management, conflict resolution, and customer service orientation
