Job Description
As a Call Center Agent at Vodacom, you will be the voice of our brand, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Vodacom services
- Process account changes, upgrades, and service modifications
- Meet performance metrics for call handling and resolution rates
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our system
- Identify opportunities for additional services or products
Requirements for Vodacom Jobs
- Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one other official language
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Problem-solving aptitude and patience

This position is based at our call center in Midrand, Gauteng, with additional Vodacom vacancies available in Cape Town and Durban.
