Job Description: Twizza: exciting 12-month internship opportunities 2024
The successful candidate will assist the technology team with the following responsibilities:
- Deliver First-Level Internal Helpdesk Technical Support: Address end-users’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity promptly and effectively.
- Monitor Remote Site Links: Proactively identify and report/log any link faults to ensure continuous network performance.
- Desktop and Network Support: Provide comprehensive support for hardware and software installation, configuration, and resolution of technical problems. Assist with network support and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Hardware Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of hardware systems for efficient diagnosis and resolution of hardware-related problems.
- Office 365 Administration: Manage Office 365 accounts and services, including user management, email configuration, and troubleshooting.
- IT Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset registers for both mobile and fixed IT assets, ensuring proper tracking and record-keeping.
- Helpdesk Ticket Management: Ensure compliance with defined turnaround times for the helpdesk ticket management system, addressing user requests and providing timely resolutions.
- Exceptional User Relations: Address user inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, fostering positive user relations and confidence in Twizza IT Assist helpdesk support services.
Minimum Requirements:
ESSENTIAL – Bachelor of Commerce or Diploma in Information and Technology Management
