Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Minimum Grade 9 (Higher qualifications are an advantage)
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in construction or maintenance
- Physically fit and medically cleared
- Ability to use hand and mechanized tools
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of construction safety and materials
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, offloading, and transporting construction materials
- Clean and prepare worksites, removing debris and rubble
- Perform trench excavations and backfilling
- Support the RNC construction team during general maintenance
- Operate and maintain tools as directed by supervisors
