We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with a focus on sales tracking, budget management, and project coordination.
As an Admin Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Tracking: Monitor and report on sales data, analyze trends, and support the achievement of sales objectives.
- Co-Ordination of Trade Visits: Organize and manage trade visits, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
- Budget Management: Track and manage office budgets, ensuring financial operations are within budgetary constraints.
- Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring office supplies are maintained.
- Call Diary Management & General Administration: Maintain an organized call diary, schedule appointments, and handle general administrative tasks.
- POSM Execution Tracking: Monitor the deployment and execution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Picture Reports – PowerPoint: Create and present visual reports to communicate project progress and outcomes effectively.
- Project Management: Coordinate events, conferences, and other projects, managing all aspects from planning to execution.
- Collating Reports: Gather and compile data from various sources to create comprehensive reports for management review.

Requirements: Smollan Admin Assistant I
- Experience: 1-2 years of secretarial or administrative experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG sectors.
- Education: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong sales objective achievement abilities.
- Proficient in financial management, planning, and organizing.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, delivering on multiple requests efficiently.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and forward-thinking approach.
