- Customer Services Training Facilitator – Brackenfell, Cape Town
- Customer Service Agent – Brackenfell, Cape Town
- Contact Centre Agent – Randburg, Gauteng
- Call Centre Supervisor – Randburg, Gauteng
These roles are part of Shoprite’s drive to enhance the overall customer experience through effective communication, quick problem resolution, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
If you’re applying for any of the above Shoprite vacancies, you’ll be expected to:
- Deliver high-quality, customer-first support on calls and digital platforms
- Handle queries, provide accurate product/service information, and escalate issues when needed
- Follow established processes and standards while identifying ways to improve them

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Requirement:
- Matric / Grade 12
Preferred:
- Diploma or courses in Communications or a related field
Experience Required:
- At least 5 years in a customer service or contact centre role
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (especially SharePoint Online)
- Retail or call centre background is a plus
