Programme Overview – SASSA Learnership for TVET Students
The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting applications from TVET College students who require workplace experience to complete their qualifications. This 18-month learnership programme is designed to provide practical exposure, mentorship, and training within SASSA’s operations.
The programme aims to equip learners with workplace-ready skills while contributing to SASSA’s mission of delivering social security services to South Africans.
SASSA Learnership for TVET Students Fields of Training
Learners will be placed in various functional areas, including:
- Administration
- Human Resources
- Supply Chain Management
- Finance
- Customer Care
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Must be a TVET student who has completed the theory component (N6) and requires workplace experience.
- Must provide proof of registration at a public TVET College.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based learnership.
