Job Type: Internship (18-month fixed term)
Main Purpose of the Internship: SASSA Internship Opportunity for 100 Unemployed
To offer practical workplace experience to unemployed learners who have completed their N6 theory from a TVET college, helping them graduate in their respective fields of study. The primary focus areas include HR, Finance, Business Administration, Communications, Customer Care, ICT, and related fields.
Minimum Requirements: SASSA Internship Opportunity for 100 Unemployed
- N6 Certificate or statement of results from a TVET college.
- Submission of a letter from the TVET college confirming the learner’s need for 18 months of work experience.
- South African Citizenship with residency in proximity to the assigned SASSA office.
- Unemployed status.
Stipend: R 3,500 per month.
Learner Responsibilities:
- Successfully complete a minimum of eighteen months’ workplace training at the designated SASSA Office.
- Adhere to all administrative requirements of the internship promptly.
- Ensure timely completion of the log book under the mentor’s guidance.
- Provide support to the management team under the mentor’s supervision at SASSA.
