Job Requirements
All Vacancies Minimum Qualifications at SARS
- B. Law (LLB) and Admitted Attorney with 8–10 years’ experience in a tax legal delivery environment, including 3–4 years in junior management.
- Alternatively, Senior Certificate (NQF 4) with 15 years of relevant experience in tax law and legal compliance.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of VAT advisory, PAYE, and CIT.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
