Job Purpose
The Safetycloud SETA Learner will assist in the administration and coordination of learner registrations, achievements, and completions with relevant SETA bodies, ensuring all processes align with SafetyCloud and SETA compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Capture and submit learner registrations, achievements, and completions to SETAs.
- Verify learner information and ensure documentation accuracy.
- File and maintain learner records in line with SETA and company requirements.
- Assist in issuing learner statements of results and certificates post-SETA approval.
- Prepare and store SETA packs for audits and archiving.
- Support branches and staff with SETA-related queries.
Safetycloud SETA Learner 2025 Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management – Advantageous
Experience
- Previous administrative experience – Advantageous
- Exposure to OHS/HSE principles or NOSA systems – Advantageous
Skills and Competencies
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good planning and prioritization abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Other Information
- Employment Equity candidates will be given preference.
- Applicants must be willing and available to complete a 12-month Learnership while working.
