Q: Who is eligible to apply for the learnership?
A: Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35 who reside in North West Province are eligible to apply. You must also have a Grade 12 Certificate or Vocational National Certificate L4 and a valid driver’s license (Code 8, 10, or 14).
What does the learnership entail?
A: The 3-year learnership offers comprehensive training in various aspects of road traffic management, including traffic law enforcement, accident investigation, road safety education, and vehicle inspections.
Will I be paid during the learnership?
A: Yes, you will receive a monthly stipend of R3000 during the learnership.
Q: How do I apply for the learnership?
A: You can download the Z83 application form from the DPSA website: www.dpsa.gov.za. Complete the form, attach your CV and required documents, and submit your application online or in person.
Can I apply if I have a tattoo?
A: No, visible tattoos are not permitted.
