Vacancy: Receptionist/administrator
We are looking for a full- time receptionist/administrator to join our dynamic team for January 2025.

The successful candidate must possess the below:
General:
- Applicants should preferably reside in Morningside, Johannesburg or surrounding areas, as the post will be for our Johannesburg branch.
- Always behave in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills

- Tact, discretion and diplomacy
Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Filing
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Prioritizing workloads
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
- Logging or processing bills or expenses
- Acting as a receptionist and or meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining vehicle fleet / keeping records of fuel cards and mileages
- Tracking staff attendance and managing the employee leave file
- Managing / ordering office supplies such a stationery / groceries etc
