Duties and Responsibilities: between chief administrative and operating officer
- Provide essential administrative support to the team, including minute drafting and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage and maintain the supply inventory, ensuring all office essentials are well-stocked.
- Handle procurement activities, maintain an efficient filing system (both digital and physical), and ensure document quality for management review.
- Assist Management in a timely manner with administrative needs and communication-related to Project Initiatives.
- Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and document meetings.
- Cultivate stakeholder relationships by addressing and resolving queries or concerns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Plan and coordinate events as the organizational heartbeat.
- Oversee company vehicles, ensuring their optimal functioning.
