Duties and Responsibilities: between chief administrative and operating officer

  • Provide essential administrative support to the team, including minute drafting and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain the supply inventory, ensuring all office essentials are well-stocked.
  • Handle procurement activities, maintain an efficient filing system (both digital and physical), and ensure document quality for management review.
  • Assist Management in a timely manner with administrative needs and communication-related to Project Initiatives.
  • Efficiently schedule, coordinate, and document meetings.
  • Cultivate stakeholder relationships by addressing and resolving queries or concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Plan and coordinate events as the organizational heartbeat.
  • Oversee company vehicles, ensuring their optimal functioning.
