This role involves overseeing reception operations, including patient scheduling, registration, billing, and cash reconciliation. You will also supervise other reception staff, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Provide professional customer service to patients and visitors.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage patient scheduling and registration efficiently.
- Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately.
- Oversee charge entries, work queues, and payment posting.
- Perform cash reconciliation and balancing.
- Supervisory Functions:
- Supervise and support other reception staff.
- Conduct training sessions for new reception team members.
- Ensure compliance with Netcare’s strategic themes and service standards.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data protection policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Inherent Requirements
- Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Higher Certificate or Diploma in Administration (NQF Level 5).
- Minimum of 3 years of receptionist experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- SAP ISH experience (advantageous).
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of medical aid schemes and billing procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Medication Dispensing:
