The Receptionist, often the first point of contact for visitors and patients, plays a vital role in the complete admissions process and handling queries from various stakeholders.
As a Receptionist, you will be a Brand Ambassador, delivering the best and safest person-centered quality customer. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, switchboard management, billing, and pay point duties. A detailed job description will be provided to successful candidates.
Inherent Requirements
- Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- Higher certificate – NQF level 5
- Previous reception experience (1 – 2 years) in a hospital/clinic environment
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Knowledge of Medical Schemes
