Netcare Leadership Responsibilities
As a medical receptionist supervisor at Netcare, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Netcare medical center receptionists
- Ensure exceptional patient service at our Netcare Benoni healthcare facility
- Oversee scheduling, registration, and payment processes
- Manage cash reconciliation and financial reporting
- Implement efficient workflows for Netcare medical office reception
- Train staff and monitor performance as a Netcare medical front desk supervisor
Netcare Qualification Requirements
- Matric/NQF level 4 qualification
- Higher certificate/diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration (NQF level 5)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare reception setting
- SAP ISH system experience
- Proven leadership abilities in managing a Netcare healthcare reception team
- Strong customer service orientation and financial acumen
