Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the internship, applicants must:

  • Hold a Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) certificate
  • Possess a Degree or National Diploma in one of the following fields:
    • Human Resources Management
    • Public Management
    • Public Administration
    • Labour Relations Management
    • Or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7)
  • Meet all qualification and documentation requirements stated in the advert
  • Local residents must attach the Preferred Employment Opportunity Form signed by a Ward Councillor (for posts below Task Grade 13)
