1. Assistant Director: Software Developer

  • Ref No: Q9/2025/26
  • Salary: R444,036 per annum (Level 09)
  • Location: National Office, Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (NQF Level 7).
  • 2-3 years’ experience in software development (C#, .NET, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of SDLC, database management, and project management principles.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement software applications.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing and provide end-user support.

2. HR Archivist: Production

  • Ref No: Q9/2025/29 (12 Months Contract)
  • Salary: R308,154 per annum (Level 07)
  • Location: National Office, Pretoria

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in registry and document management.
  • Knowledge of Public Service legislation and filing systems.

Duties:

  • Manage document filing, retrieval, and archiving processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records of HR documents.
