Key Responsibilities: Eskom X11 Service Agent Contact
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their accounts, billing, and service requests. Utilize your knowledge of Eskom’s products and services to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Process customer transactions and updates accurately and efficiently. Ensure data entry is correct and complete, and follow established procedures for processing customer requests.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives. Actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements for Eskom X11 Service Agent Contact
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes
- Proficiency in using computers and call center software
- Experience in a customer service role (preferred but not essential)
